Took my Les Paul in to have the toggle switch repaired/replaced and Phillip was able to get me in and out quickly as I had a short window of time. Honestly, I wouldn't have minded much if he took a little longer as I never get tired of roaming the shop dreaming about my next guitar. There’s few guitar shops that come to mind that I’d take my own guitar to when I need work done. Phil replaced them and made them fit more flush in my guitar again without a tremendous price point.
Lucky for me, I was greeted upon entering the store and my guitar was fixed in minutes. Thank you for such a great experience. Sure, we like to have a little fun around here, but we’re very serious about the brands we sell.
And if you’re not sure what you need, just ask. There is no question why this location has such high ratings from customer reviews. The reviews is what led me to this location in comparison to other "well known" guitar repair shops. I visited the store to have my Fender Jazz Bass repaired.
The best guitar shop in Charlotte, and I never go anywhere else when I'm in the market for strings, an amp, a pedal, or a new guitar. Awesome selection, very friendly staff. I had to drive a couple hours to get there and was definitely worth the trip. I went in to look for possibly a new Stratocaster style guitar and Jake was extremely friendly and helpful. Answered all questions I had about pickups and guitar finishes and payment options.

This guy does some very professional work, and man can he do it fast. His experience really shines through both his craft and communication skills. He set up my Custom 24 SE and added some pick-up covers in under a day’s time even though he had a massive queue of projects. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. He answered all of my questions, no matter how silly they were, and I can confidently say that my guitar plays the better than anything I’ve touched in the last 15 years.

Never felt rushed or like I couldn't keep trying something out. At the end I left with nothing but knew I really wanted the American Vintage II strat and bought it next day. But if I had to pick just one, I would say “No Excuses” by Alice in Chains; it’s one of the first I ever learned how to play.
